About Us
A look into Caroline’s journey
My Journey
Having worked in the jewellery industry for 20 years as a Swiss trained watchmaker and realising that my children were very quickly out growing my services as their mother, I decided it was time for a change.
I have used reflexology myself to aid recovery from illness and as a tool for relaxation through the years and I thought that this was an area I would love to know more about. I started my training as a reflexologist in 2016 with The Marguerite Brady School of African Reflexology in Loughrea and this is where my journey of wellbeing and self-discovery began!
My studies included Acupressure, Chakra Balancing, Baby and Child reflexology as well as hand and foot reflexology. I qualified in 2018 with a distinction and a yearning to use my new qualification to help others.
I’m an avid reader, enjoy spending time in the kitchen and love swimming in the lake!
The Business
I started my business from my home in 2018 and it quickly became apparent that there was a huge need for therapies like reflexology, as many people are looking for support with their health and to maintain balance for themselves and their families.
I was fortunate that an opportunity to rent a beautiful room in Athlone town became
available and I moved into 4 Garden Vale later that year.
I have an ITEC Diploma in Reflexology (Distinction) including Acupressure, Baby and child reflexology and Chakra
balancing – Marguerite Brady School of African Reflexology. I am also registered with the Irish Reflexologists Institute Ltd (I.R.I.L). Membership of this organisation requires continuous professional development and means clients are covered by their health insurance.
I have attended many public events to demonstrate reflexology and talk about its many benefits.
